Why Bold ICT exists
Most small-business owners don't understand IT – and they shouldn't have to. You didn't start your business to worry about servers, backups or dodgy emails.
We kept meeting owners who'd been talked down to, sold things they didn't need, or left waiting while a clock ticked on their bill. That's why we started Bold ICT: to be the IT people who answer the phone, speak plainly and just get it sorted.
